Shipping & Returns Policy

 Kernel Cravings Returns and Cancellations Policy:

Kernel Cravings does not allow cancellations and/or changes to an order once it has shipped. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us by email @ Kernelcravings@gmail.com within 3 hours of the order being placed. No cancelations or changes will be accepted after 3 hours of order being placed.

 Kernel Cravings does not accept returns, provide refunds or replacement product for any of the following reasons:

  • Ordering of incorrect and/or wrong quantity of product.
  • Items that are delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
  • Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
  • Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
  • Refusal of product upon delivery.

 Please add 24 hours to shipping time to account for processing

 Most orders are received within 2 to 6 business days.


 **Orders to the west coast shipped via USPS Priority Mail can take up to 3 business days.**

Chocolate Popcorn: For orders with chocolate coated popcorn, please be advised we do not ship during the hot summer months due to melting during transit.

 Expiration Date: Our popcorn is popped fresh, is perishable, and contains no artificial preservatives, therefore it has about a 4-6 week optimal shelf life. 

 Shipping Damage: It is a good idea to check your packages for any signs of shipping damage before opening and note any damage. If there is obvious damage, please call  the USPS as soon as possible to submit a damage report. If you do need to return the products, please contact us immediately at kernelcravings@gmail.com
